RETURNS

How do I return an item?
 

We want our customers to be completely happy with their Michaels Gift Shop purchase. We take pride in offering only the highest quality products, and we do everything possible to make sure they arrive looking beautiful. Occasionally an item will need to be returned or replaced however. In this rare instance you can count on our “No Nonsense” returns policy to make the process quick & simple.

Buyer’s Remorse

Customers may exchange or return an unwanted item within 30 days of receipt for whatever reason. We ask that the product be returned unused and in original condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise

Michaels Gift Shop will replace or refund a customer fully for any merchandise that is defective.  

Personalized Merchandise

Personalized merchandise is not returnable unless the item was incorrectly personalized due to the fault of Michaels Gift Shop. In the latter case, the item will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. 

Return Authorization

A return authorization is required before returning merchandise. Please email customer service (info@michaelsgiftshop.com) to obtain authorization.

Where is my order conformation email?

 

We're sorry for the confusion with locating your order confirmation email. Sometimes the email will get sorted into another folder within your email, please check the different folders in your email.  

 

How do I return an item?

 

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

How do I track my order?

 

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. 

 

My discount code is not working, what do I do? 

 

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, some codes have an expiration date or can only be used once. If you are having trouble redeeming a code please contact us and we can reset your code.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

 

    We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
